Syerston airfield, England, May 1945. Pilot Officer (P/O) William Harwood Ansell DFM in uniform posing for the camera, a parked Hawker Hurricane in the distant background. P/O Ansell served with the RAF Film Unit a cine cameraman on Bomber Command operations. AWM films F02603 & F04009 were shot by P/O Ansell.
