Description
Group portrait of Allied members of Flying Echelon 550 Squadron at RAF Station North Killingholme, probably at the cessation of hostilities in Europe.
Most people are unknown, but those identified, second row from left include the crew led by 430651 Edward Lloyd Fleming:

13th position 430619 Leonard Thomas Haines RAAF, wireless operator

On 24 May 1945 all RCAF and RAAF aircrew were 'unscrambled' from the squadron aircrews and held in readiness for their move to holding units before repatriation to their home countries (from squadron operations reciords).
