Embroidered silk postcard featuring a old boot filled with a flower, thistle, a sprig of holly and the message 'Best christmas Wishes.
This postcard was sent from France in 1916-17 by 4487 Private Herbert George Miller, 18th Australian Infantry battalion to his sister, Ida.
