Description
Original caption: "1971 Cambodia. Helping out wounded after hill (phnom Khieu had been overrun with heavy casualties. Phnom Kieu - about 25 kms west of Phnom Penh. Davis was there. Most of 150 defenders killed or wounded by Vietnamese attackers. Girl is Khmer Army nurse who came with the relief force to meet the survivors."
