Description
Victoria. 1959. Group portrait of the first life members of the Limbless Soldiers Association of Victoria. Left to right: Reginald Samuel Amies, Norman Ralph McClure, Walter Benjamin Ashcroft, Charles (Charlie) Henry Stevens, E. Brownhill MBE. Mr Ashcroft was a double amputee. Note that the original print appears to have been cropped with the resulting loss of all pictorial reference to these mens' injuries.
