Prussian Pour Le Merite
Description
Pour Le Merite. The highest award for individual gallantry in action. Blue enamelled Maltese Cross edged with gold, with four gold eagles between the arms of the cross. Upper arm of cross has an inlaid gold Prussian crown and 'F', the other three arms 'Pour Le Merite'. Worn suspended from the neck by a broad black ribbon with silver/white edges. The top edge of the gold suspension sector is stamped 'JG 938'.
