An aerial view taken during the tour in the Line of the 5th Australian Division showing mine craters between the German and Australian lines, situated 2,000 yards north of Fromelles. Cordonnerie Farm is to the north of the Australian lines and Delangre Farm is to the south of the German lines. Map on Page 380 of Official History of Australia in the War of 1914-18, Vol.III The AIF in France 1916 by C. E. W. Bean, shows the battlefield (from a different agle).
