Cambodia, 1972. Australian cameraman Neil Davis conducting an exclusive interview with the Cambodian President, Lon Nol. The former Prime Minister in the government led by Prince Sihanouk, General Lon Nol deposed the Prince in a coup in 1970, shortly after he declared himself Marshal Lon Nol, and after a doubtful election in 1972 he became president of the first Khmer Republic.
