A view of the Somme Valley above Corbie. It was while flying low over these trees that von Richthofen was killed in front of the clearing on the right. Lieutenant Will Dyson, the Australian Official Artist is standing in the foreground. On his left is the Chateau occupied as a dressing station in April 1918.
