Khaki drill trousers : British Army
Description
Khaki cotton drill trousers with side welt pockets at the side seams. Pockets lined with brown cotton drill. Pressed zinc alloy buttoned waist and fly; waist buttons on the inside. Strapped back waist fastened with a two pronged ferrous metal buckle, secured by zinc buttoned flap. Waist has belt loops that extend beyond the waist band but are caught by stitches at the lower waist band edge. Legs are straight with double hems, since used as cuffs. Inside right waist, a stamped black sideways arrow.
