Identified left to right: Ron Bailey, mid upper gunner, from London, aged 26; 410649 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) Max Harvey Foster, RAAF, navigator, from Hawthorn, Vic, aged 20; Stan Gardiner, wireless operator, from London, aged 22; 'Blue' Campbell, bomb aimer, from Scotland, aged 20; Des Dennehey, tail gunner, from Ireland aged 19; 420817 Pilot Officer (PO) Roy Albert Kingston, RAAF, pilot, from Randwick, NSW, aged 21. Flt Sgt Foster and PO Kingston were killed on 20 February 1944 during a flying battle over Germany.
