Description

Papers of Lieutenant Colonel Reuter Emerich Roth, Principal Medical Officer of New South Wales, which comprise his official diary and certificates of appointment including one for the award of the Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George in 1917. The official diary records the movements and work of the 5th Field Ambulance during the First World War in Gallipoli 1915-16. A list of casualties and causes of death is appended.
