Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of Captain Thomas Walter White DFC (Distinguished Flying Cross), Mesopotamian Half Flight, Australian Flying Corps [AFC]. Collection consists of an account covering part of 1918, given by Capt White of the circumstances surrounding his escape from a prisoner of war [POW] camp in Turkey. See also 2DRL/0766.
