Description
Collection relating to service of Lieutenant (Lt) Gerard Harvey 2/9th and 2/10th Fld Amb, AIF. Collection contains a black and white photocopy of the diary kept by Lt Veitch describing his service with the Field Ambulance in Malaya, the treatment of casualties at Singapore and his time as a prisoner of war of the Japanese at Changi and then moving through other camps in Thailand. The collection also includes plans for a hotel drawn while Veitch was in Changi.
