Collection relating to the First World War service of 3664 Private Thomas Dexter, 4 Pioneer Battalion, AIF. Collection includes Private Dexter's handwritten memoirs, titled 'Two Years of My Life', describing his enlistment in the AIF, training in England, movement to the Ypres Salient, and eventual evacuation to Australia.
