Description

A small rattan and thatch dwelling located adjacent to the point where the train bringing returning refugees from the Thai border camps stops for the road trip to Phnom Penh. (For a wider view of this dwelling and the tracks see P03258.118) Washing dries on a makeshift line as a large group of children squat next to the large water jar on the right and some adults sit on the other side of the doorway. The dry, dusty nature of the landscape indicates that this is the Cambodian dry season.
