Description
A horse driven wagon, an ambulance and other motor driven vehicles along the Albert-Bapaume Road during the retirement of the British heavy artillery and transport, as well as a number of foot soldiers. On the left side of the road two unidentified soldiers are sitting amongst a dump of baggage belonging to the 2nd Australian Tunnelling Company. Note a camp in the background (left).
