Unidentified soldiers, probably members of the 2nd Division Army Medical Corps, unloading serious cases from a motor ambulance car for removal to the Australian Dressing Room during the fighting in the Hindenburg Line near Bellicourt. Note the patient on the stretcher has one leg in a splint.
