Studio group portrait of three Second Lieutenants. Identified is 168 Norman Joseph Delany, 2nd Brigade, Australian Field Artillery, from Darlinghurst, NSW (right). 2nd Lt Delany enlisted on 24 Aug 1915 and was later promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. He died of wounds on 19 September 1918, and is buried in Hancourt British Cemetery, Somme, France.
