Description
Copper ashtray with brass crest for the town of Armentieres, France. The crest is supported by a wreath of oak and laurel and surmounted by a crown which looks like a fortified town. The shield contains a sun and moon above a fleur-de-lis.The name of the town 'ARMENTIERES' is written within a scroll beneath the coat of arms.
