Description
A derailed Baldwin 4-6-0T narrow gauge steam locomotive with the serial number 928 being re-railed by unidentified allied soldiers. Two of the soldiers are wearing wet weather clothing and the group are using a heavy duty jack to lift the locomotive back onto the tracks. The accident was possibly caused from heavy rains washing away the track ballast. This locomotive was manufactured in the United States by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and has the works number 44966 (not visible).
