The theatres of war
An animated cartoon showing Kaiser Wilhelm seated watching a cinema screen a sigh "Gott Strafe England by order Wilhelm" hangs on the wall above the Kaiser. The first title on the screen is 'The Franco British offensive' followed by two clench fists with France and Britain written on the arms. The fists punch a caricature of the Kaiser. Second title is "and the final result' which shows a German and Austrian caricatures pleading for peace. 'The Eastern Theatre of war' is the next title which is followed by the title 'Austria's plight' then a caricature of the Austrian emperor who says "Things are looking very black here Wilhelm' and is then punched by Russia. A goat in a military cap then appears and says "Dear papa think we'd better give up my head is getting very sore"
