Description
Standing high on the extreme point of one of the coastal mountains between Beirut and Tripoli is the Church of Lady of Lebanon or sometimes known as the great Madonna. The church acts as a 50 feet base for a 27 feet high statue of Our Lady standing 2,000 feet above sea level.
