Description

The story of Australians serving in Europe with the RAF and RAAF, including scenes of : night bombing raid and rocket attacks by RAF Typhoon fighter bombers and briefings to aircrews for bombing Berlin. Scenes also include: 10 Squadron RAAF Sunderland flying boats; The Boomerang Club at Australia House London; Navigator training; Postings - NZ 184325 P/O L Strong to 47 Sqn, 1357892 Sgt L N Knox to 22 Sqn, A453245 Sgt Andrews to 487 Sqn Lancaster (code PD G). Posting of F/O Bennet to be co-pilot and F/O Watson to be navigator.
