The first part of the march moving right to left past the Saluting Base at the Town Hall. VX9 General George Alan Vasey CB CBE DSO, leaves march and proceeds to position on dais. The Governor of Victoria, Sir Winston Dugan KCMG CB DSO takes salute on dais outside Town Hall, Melbourne, VIC.
