General Blamey at athletics meeting
Description
VX1 General Sir Thomas Albert Blamey GBE KCB CMG DSO ED, visits an athletic meeting held at Anzac Park during his three week visit to Japan. He took the salute for the march past and also presented the prizes to the winners. (Full report of this sports meeting in BECON 4 October 1948).
