Training a navy
Description
HMAS Cerberus, the Royal Australian Navy's main training station at Westernport, Victoria. Scenes of various training courses and facilities run in the early 1970s. This includes recreational boating and sporting activities, electrical engineering school, internal combustion engine school, gunnery and small arms theory, physical instructors course, cookery school, medical school and Navy school of music. Various navy ships and aircraft of that era are shown.
