TSA Management (ACT)
TSA (then Xact) were engaged to provide project director services for the Memorial Development Program’s ‘Detailed Business Case’ in 2018. Following government approval of the business case TSA won a competitive tender process to manage design and construction phases of the project, including managing multidisciplinary teams, through to completion. Importantly TSA project, design and construction management team members are fully integrated with APS staff from the Memorial to ensure delivery of the best outcomes for the project.
Over the past 20 years TSA has grown to become an Australian wide organisation focused on management, consultancy and partnering with government and private sectors. TSA experience in the Arts and Cultural Section include the Auckland War Memorial Museum Redevelopment Project ,National Library of Australia ‘NLA Offsite Storage’ project, the ACT Jewish Memorial Centre and the New Zealand International Conference Centre. TSA also bring extensive experience in the Defence and Government sectors that provide a natural fit with the Memorial’s culture and mission.
