Description
Embroidered silk postcard made in France during the First World War. This postcard features an envelope design with a central pink and white flower surrounded by small purple flowers. The bottom half of the design features the rays of the sun. A small card insert features the message "Sweetheart mine", surrounded by shields and badges representing Belgium, France, America, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
