Home movie collection related to 55479 Lieutanant (Lt) John McGhie, 161 (Independent) Reconnaissance Flight, South Vietnam 1970-1971. Contains aerial footage; scenes of Vung Tau; recreation at a beach, including a 'go kart' vehicle being used; swimming at the Peter Badcoe Club pool; various aircraft in flight; artillery loaded on the back of a truck; a Vietnamese fishing port and boats; Vietnamese birdlife; the pick up of a small bulldozer by a CH 54 Skycrane helicopter; aircraft named 'Bunny II' featuring artwork of a rabbit in a bow tie. This is the fourth of five reels of film held by the Memorial related to Lt McGhie's service.
