Description
Depicts a portrait of Sergeant Geoffrey Cyril Bingham (NX32437), 8 Division Signals. Taken prisoner-of-war by the Japanese at the fall of Singapore. After his liberation, Bingham was awarded a Military Medal for his “bravery and devotion to duty at Endau and Singapore Island.”
