Sydney Cenotaph Anzac Day 1929. The NSW Premier Mr Balwin unveils the figures that complete the Sydney Cenotaph. Sir John Monash is present at the ceremony. Officer commanding the march Brigadier General H Gordon Bennett and Commander Boyd HMAS Canberra. Others present include state secretary Mr Stagg and Major General Sir Charles Rosenthal.
