1918 Souvenir from France: Happy Christmas
Description
Embroidered silk card with flags of the Allies embroided into the year 1918 with message "Souvenir from France" embroidered around "1918". Underneath embroidering is the message "Happy Christmas". Inside the card is the printed message "My heart is with you And my thoughts every day" "From Tom To Myrtle With love xxx". On the adjacent page is the printed message "Christmas and the New Year! May they realize for you Allyour best desires; May the old faces greet you with new smiles; The old faces greet you with new smiles: The old music bring you new harmonies, And may the Days of Toil always End in peace at Eventide".
