Description

This file contains 45 photographs collected by Field Marshal Lord William Birdwood, and includes black and white photographs that were largely taken at Gallipoli in 1915. The file also includes photographs of Birdwood’s parents, post-war family groups, and the visit to Australia by Birdwood, his wife, Lady Janetta Hope Gonville Birdwood, and his daughter, Judith, in 1919-1920. Also included in this file are a small number of postcards.
