Sig Weller notes: "We Australians created a village just to the north of the Task Force base by relocating all the remotely located population of Phuoc Tuy into a village we could then keep an eye on. It was named Ap Soui Nghe but because it was created fairly quickly – by bulldozing a section of jungle – and the 'houses' were built somewhere else and dropped on site, Australians always referred to it as Ap Soui Nescafe – in recognition of its instant nature."
