Letters relating to the First World War service of Captain Percy Wellesley Chapman, 55th Battalion. In these letters to his mother, Chapman details his experiences in Egypt, on the Western Front in France, and time in England, including being presented with his Military Cross by King George. These copies were made by the Australian War Memorial in 1927.
