(US Gulf War crimes) "A Committee to save the children in Iraq has been brought into being in Melbourne, Australia. A large number of relief organisations responded immediately to the call along with many private citizens and groups. The committee's formation and plan of action, which we excerpt here, was announced in a mass rally on 30th October 1991".
