These telegrams and cablegram where mostly sent by Mills to his wife and her family except for one from Mills's brother-in-law, his wife brother, Lieutenant Henry Harman Arthur Burne, 3 Divisional Artillery, British Expeditionary Force. Although the cables say London, Mills was in France when submitting the cables and were transmitted from London
