File of telegrams and cablegrams relating to the First World War service Lieutenant Cecil Beaumont Mills, 23rd Infantry Battalion. These telegrams and cablegram where mostly sent by Mills to his wife and her family except for one from Mills's brother-in-law, his wife brother, Lieutenant Henry Harman Arthur Burne, 3 Divisional Artillery, British Expeditionary Force. Although the cables say London, Mills was in France when submitting the cables and were transmitted from London
