Studio portrait of 3566 Private (Pte) Richard Thomas Hibbert, 56th Battalion. Prior to enlisting on 7 March 1916, Hibbert was a farmer who served in the Windsor District Lancers. Pte Hibbert was killed in action in France on 3 April 1917, aged 39.
