Portrait of 3706 Sergeant Edward William (Ted) Cobbledick, 6th Battalion, of Yarragon, Vic, who held the rank of Corporal when he was killed in action at Flers, France, on 10 December 1916, aged 29. He was the son of Theopilus and Mary Ann Cobbledick and the husband of Rachel A Cobbledick. Cpl Cobbledick has no known grave and his name in commemorated on the Villers Bretonneux Memorial.
