Description
A German L.V.G. CV 2 seater reconnaissance aircraft brought down by Australian Flying Corps Officers Brown and Finlay. In front of the aircraft are Major S W Addison (standing) and Captain A R Brown, DFC (seated). The aircraft was brought back to Australia post war but was one of a number of aircraft accidentally destroyed by fire at the Australian War Museum in Melbourne in the 1920s (See also B02265).
