Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of 3862 Lance Sergeant James Joseph Makin, 21 Battalion and Australian Army Pay Corps. Collection consists of fifty-five letters written by James Joseph Makin to members of his family, and typescript extracts from Makin's diary, covering the period 8 February 1916 to 31 July 1916.
