Description
Brass and enamel collar badges for Scotch College Cadet Corps. The badges have a blue enamel shield in the centre overlaid with a white enamel Saint Andrew's Cross. A laurel wreath surrounds the shield and a red enamel scroll underneath this contains the words 'SCOTCH COLLEGE CADET CORPS'.
History / Summary
Associated with the service of NX179838 Captain Lauchlan Duart Maclean. Maclean was born in Sydney on 3 February 1925 and trained as an officer at Duntroon under the cadet number 2395. He enlisted for service with the Second Australian Imperial Force on 13 December 1944.
