Description
A North American B25 Mitchell bomber parked on the Tadji airstrip. The colourful bat nose art was used by aircraft of the 499th Bomber Squadron, United States Army Air Force, (USAAF), which was part of the 345th Bombardment Group. Red and white stripes are visible on the rudder and the glazed nose has been over painted to resemble a solid nose gun ship version.
