Letters from Lieutenant Colonel Maygar to Jack Moir, a student in Australia, concerning former students of Melbourne's Wesley College. Also makes patriotic statements, describes the qualities of Turkish and German soldiers, and how his horse was shot from under him at Gaza. The collection also includes a decorated transcript of a letter written to school children from Lt Col Maygar in December 1915.
