Diary relating to the First World War service of Major Frederick Harold Tubb VC, 7th Battalion. The diary was written by Frederick Tubb between 1 July 1916 and 1 January 1917. In the diary, Tubb describes his time visiting relatives around Britain, returning to the front in France and comments on the results of the first conscription plebiscite in Australia.
