ARC research project

The Matter of Trust exhibition forms part of the Australian War Memorial’s ARC research partnership with the Australian National University (ANU). The project has already delivered a plaque ceremony in August 2016 that welcomed more than 1000 attendees and achieved extensive media coverage, a DVD of the proceedings and stories of veterans, new donations to the Australian War Memorial collection, and identification of existing holdings, as well as over 10,000 pages of new digitised web content related to Borneo including maps, personal papers and official records.
