24 Infantry Battalion (The Kooyong Regiment) collar badge
Description
Pressed brass collar badge, one of an opposing pair, the design showing a koala upon a branch, the background voided, within a circular border bearing the words 'Kooyong Regiment *24* I Hold Fast'. The entire design is framed by the arms of a seven pointed star, each arm voided, and the upper arm bearing a King's crown. A pair of mounting lugs are soldered to the reverse.
