Description

File of papers relating to the First World War service of Brigadier General John Monash, 4th Infantry Brigade. This file, originally part of Book 8, covers 27 August 1915 to 29 August 1915 and includes a number of operation orders, messages, and reports distributed by the 4th Brigade. It also includes messages exchanged with the Indian Brigade, the New Zealand Army, units at posts at the front line, and sections of the Light Horse.
