Description

Letters relating to the First World War service of 622 Private Herbert Vincent Reynolds, 1st Field Ambulance. These letters written by Herbert and his mother were written between 5 January 1916 and 19 December 1916. In his letters he covers: his move to France; his feelings about war; the lack of drinking water; sports he played and the items he receives in parcels from both his mother and charities.
